The Hawaii VOAD consists of nonprofits, faith-based, and community organizations, as well as government and private sector partners that voluntarily choose to provide some form of disaster-related services throughout the state of Hawaii.

The ARRL has MOUs with many of the organizations particpating in VOAD so Hawaii ARES has choosen to have dedicated representatives at local meetings.

These representatives coordinate with the ARRL State VOAD representative.
